ALBATROSS has embarked on its collaborative work at the Keta basin Hub in Ghana
On 29 August 2024, the ALBATROSS partners at the Keta basin held a successful kick-off meeting of their Hub at the Eli Beach Resort, Keta, led by Prof Christopher Gordon, an Environmental Scientist at the Institute for Environment and Sanitation Studies of the College of Basic and Applied Sciences, University of Ghana – Legon.
This inception meeting served to introduce the ALBATROSS project to key stakeholders in the Keta Basin; foster collaboration and get to know the involved stakeholders, and build strong connections for the project’s success. The attendees were involved in interesting discussions aimed at identifying challenges, gaps, and opportunities relevant to the ALBATROSS project, as well as exchanging views on the specific challenges faced by the Keta Basin.
