Adaptation in action: meeting local needs through teamwork

The ALBATROSS 2nd General Assembly continued with the Mentorship Program and short presentations highlighted the progress made so far by the Climate Resilience Development Hubs, with each hub presenting its achievements, challenges, and planned next steps. The sessions were conducted in a relaxed and collaborative atmosphere, encouraging open discussion and the exchange of ideas.
In the afternoon, the Assembly moved into a series of engaging parallel sessions. These sessions emphasized planning for concrete actions, setting measurable goals, and aligning efforts across hubs to maximize impact.
Throughout the day, all partners reiterated that the core goal of the ALBATROSS project is the effective transmission of data and knowledge to local communities. This objective guides all activities, ensuring that every initiative and partnership contributes directly to empowering communities with knowledge and tools that support climate resilience. Partners remain committed to working collaboratively, sharing best practices, and coordinating efforts to achieve these shared goals.
