Co-design of Climate Services for the Turkana County area, KENYA

On 9 April 2025, a workshop will be held in Turkana to bring together national and international meteorological services, local and international universities, communicators and dissemination experts, with the following agenda:

• Identify the stakeholders to be targeted by the project
• Bring together conventional weather and climate information producers to deliberate and agree on the process and implementation of co-creation of local weather and climate information.
• Deliberate and agree on the appropriate communication and dissemination approaches to use in support of local adaptation interventions.
